DJ D.FROST

DJ D.Frost cut his teeth DJing at his home base (his self-proclaimed Madison Square Garden) Duke’s in 2016.

He credits the independent film ‘24 Hour Party People’ — a semi-biographical film about Manchester’s music scene between ‘76-‘92 — as being THEE pivotal influence of his DJ work. 

However, D.Frost takes pride in genre-blurring sets that go down as smooth as your third cocktail, fusing ‘60s garage fuzz rarities, afrobeat rhythms, weirdo disco, new wave shimmer, Madchester hypnosis and Eurodance euphoria. 

Besides his Mecca Duke’s, Defrost has established himself with long-running residencies at The Dive Motel, Lakeside, Pearl Diver, ACME and one-off parties. 

His mission continues in obsessively scavenging the world for 7” rarities and 12” dance remixes, meant to bring a high-octane crowd together.
