What are your safety protocols?
Head here for info on our policy and Frequently Asked Questions regarding entry protocols. Effective October 6, 2021, all patrons entering the venue are required to provide ONE of the following:
- Proof of your vaccination record (vaccination card or picture of your card with a matching ID card), demonstrating you were fully vaccinated at least two weeks in advance of the day of show
- OR proof of a negative COVID test, administered within 72 hours of the day of show, with date and timestamp, plus matching ID card
Minors attending shows are not required to bring government issued IDs.
If you feel sick, have a fever, or are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms, we ask that you make your health and the health of others a priority by staying home . We look forward to seeing you at another show when you’re feeling better.

What are your age restrictions?
Most of our shows are 18+ or 21+, but we will occasionally have "all ages" shows. For shows listed as 18+, minors will be allowed in with a parent or guardian.
When is your box office open?
Our box office opens at 5PM on show days.
How do I reserve a bowling lane or box seating at a concert?

How do I book an event at Brooklyn Bowl Nashville?
Please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org to submit a request to check availability for your event. A member of our Events team will respond to your request in the order that they are received during business hours (Monday-Friday, 10am-6pm).
Are there things I can't bring inside?
Guests, performers and employees are prohibited from bringing firearms, knives or other weapons into Brooklyn Bowl, as well as incendiary devices, laser pointers and any illegal items including drugs or drug paraphernalia. No alcoholic beverages or other outside food or drink, video cameras, GoPros, selfie sticks or professional cameras (removable lenses) are allowed. Costumes are allowed, but full face masks, fake weapons, and additional props are prohibited. We do not require clear bags, however all bags will be searched.
Am I subject to search to go inside the venue?
All persons entering Brooklyn Bowl may be searched (by ‘pat down’, security wands, metal detectors or other lawful means) to make sure no prohibited items are on their person each time they enter or re-enter the venue. All bags are subject to search. We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone, and to prohibit anyone from entering the venue with any items that we determine may pose a risk to other guests, our employees or performers. We encourage guests coming to shows and other events at Brooklyn Bowl to arrive early.
What forms of ID do you accept?
We accept physical copies only of government-issued driver's license, non-driver ID card, or passport. When applicable, minors are not required to show proof of ID.
Is the venue standing room only?
Yes, we are a standing room venue. However, we are ADA compliant and offer seating for guests with special needs.
Is Brooklyn Bowl Nashville ADA accessible?
We are ADA compliant and offer limited seating for guests with special needs. Please check in with our event staff upon your arrival for more information.
Are masks required?
Masks are encouraged, but not required.
Do you have a Lost & Found?
Yes, please call or email us at email@example.com for lost items, and we will check our lost and found. Or stop by our box office during hours of operation.
