Ocean Alley

One of Australia’s most exciting musical exports, rock outfit Ocean Alley have taken the world by storm with their dynamic live performances, infectious melodies and faultless musicianship. Across four critically acclaimed albums, the six-piece - comprised of Baden Donegal (vocals), Angus Goodwin (guitar), Lach Galbraith (keys/vocals), Mitch Galbraith (guitar), Tom O’Brien (drums) and Nic Blom (bass) - have never wavered in their dedication to their craft, always grounded by a genuine passion for the creative exploration of music. Their catalogue amounts to more than 1 billion streams, with nine singles accredited in Australia and New Zealand with sales certified Gold or higher.

Ocean Alley first experienced runaway success with 2018’s undeniably catchy, funk-infused single “Confidence”. The track took out the #1 spot in Australia’s largest annual music poll - triple j’s Hottest 100 of 2018, and has since gone on to achieve 6x Platinum certification in Australia and Gold in the USA, surpassing 225 million streams on Spotify alone. The song then exploded globally on TikTok and Instagram in late 2023, spawning billions of views, and the audio being used over 1 million times. The track hit the US Billboard Singles Charts for Rock & Alternative, landing at #15 Hot Alternative Songs, #21 Hot Rock Songs and #27 Hot Rock & Alternative Songs, #2 in New Zealand’s Top 40 Singles, and #19 in the UK’s Independent Single Breakers Chart. At home, the song re-entered the ARIA Singles Chart Top 20, more than five years after the track first debuted.

The resurgence of “Confidence” followed a huge 18 months of touring for the band off-the-back of their critically acclaimed fourth LP Low Altitude Living (2022). Featuring hits including ‘Touch Back Down’ and ‘Home’, it debuted at #3 on the ARIA Albums Chart – and #5 on the NZ Top 40 Albums Chart, making it the band’s first album to chart in New Zealand. Low Altitude Living followed the success of Lonely Diamond (2020) which also debuted at #3 on the ARIA Albums Chart and was nominated for Best Rock Album at the ARIA Awards. Over this period, they added major festival billings - such as a sold out Spilt Milk run across Australia - that already boasted international icons Reading & Leeds (UK), Sziget (HU), BottleRock (US) and Rhythm & Alps (NZ).

A touring powerhouse in their own right, Ocean Alley sold more than 80,000 tickets across their Australian headline shows in 2023 and 2024, plus over 80,000 tickets sold across the UK, Europe, North America and New Zealand. They closed out last year with the Southern-rock infused single “Tangerine”, which has been streamed 4 million times since its October release and even found a fan in Fred Durst. Their only release of 2024 was a favourite amongst fans, and landed at #15 in triple j’s Hottest 100 - the 15th time the band have appeared in a Hottest 100 countdown.

Looking ahead in 2025, next up the band release the jangly, rock’n’roller “Left Of The Dealer”, as they continue to explore new sonic landscapes. The single comes ahead of headline dates around North America in July and October - including shows at LA’s Hollywood Palladium and Brooklyn Paramount in New York, before the group take on their largest headline show to date, anywhere in the world - at London’s iconic 10,000 capacity Alexandra Palace in September. Confidentially, they will also perform at Lollapalooza Chicago, Austin City Limits and Sziget Festival.

Ocean Alley continue to grow their devoted following both at home and abroad, solidifying their place as one of Australia’s most beloved and influential bands. With their stadium-sized ambitions, they’re poised to make an indelible mark on the global music scene for years to come.

Juice

Blending rock, pop, r&b, and hip-hop, Juice embraced the diversity of their signature sound early on. The band - Ben Stevens, Christian Rose, Kamau Burton, Daniel Moss, Rami El-Abidin, and Miles Clyatt - formed in Boston while attending college.

After graduating, the band recorded and released their first professional EP, 2018’s Workin' on Lovin'. With new music and two old minivans, the band hit the road for an almost non-stop year and a half of national touring. These collective experiences inspired 2019's you are simply magnificent.

Juice was set for an exciting 2020. With a new trio of singles - DiCaprio (Love Me All the Time), Konoha, and Make Pretend - the band was set to embark on their largest headline tour to date. The band's 2020 tour was, of course, canceled.

After spending three months apart (the longest the band had ever been separated since college) the boys were grateful to reunite and start creating something special. The mandatory respite from touring allowed for the band to embrace writing a longer project: Boy Story.

The project was preceded by three singles - Superimposed, Girlfriend Song, and Do You Really Feel? - which garnered press attention from Billboard, Ones to Watch, Line of Best Fit and more. Fall touring culminated in the release of Boy Story in December 2021, along with 2 sold out hometown shows in Boston and New York.

The band recently wrapped up tours supporting flipturn and The Dip, and is set to release new music in 2023.
