Hazy Cosmic Jive

haZy cosmic jive performs a high energy David Bowie tribute, including Ziggy-era classics, deep cuts and more.  Based in Philly, where Bowie forged a career-long bond, haZy cosmic jive is led by Zeek Mitchell (Z) and a cast of premier Philly-area musicians.  Since anchoring Philly Loves Bowie Week 2020, haZy cosmic jive has been entertaining audiences at clubs, festivals, private parties & corporate events.  Whether you are an avid fan of the musical & cultural icon, David Bowie … or even if you are just Bowie-curious … haZy cosmic jive and its stage show will blow you away!
 
The Brooklyn Bowl Philly show will feature the original lineup:  Z (vox / keys), Joey DiTullio (guitar, vox), Jon Paul Smith (vox, guitar, keys, flute & trumpet), Joe Tassoni (bass), Anthony Rodriguez (drums), Bill Butryn (sax).  Expect some special guests, as well. 
 
As part of this 50th Anniversary show … which takes place on the exact date of the album release … we will play the full 1972 album “The Rise & Fall of Ziggy Stardust & The Spiders From Mars” … front to back … in all its glory.
