CCB REGGAE ALL-STARS

The CCB Reggae All-Stars, formerly the High Times Cannabis Cup Band, has brought rebel music to the masses and been at the forefront of marijuana activism since 1995. Featuring Ras Droppa and a prime selection of NYC’s singers and players, the CCB plays originals and the classic anthems of Bob Marley, Peter Tosh, and other herbal icons, and has performed at weed festivals from coast to coast and at the Cannabis Cup in Amsterdam, backing artists from Rita Marley, Andrew Tosh, and Bushman to George Clinton, the Merry Pranksters, and Native poet John Trudell. 

King Django

King Django presents a selection from his diverse career spanning over three decades, including mento, ska, rhythm & blues, soul, rocksteady, classic reggae, rock reggae, dub and dancehall.  With his Stubborn Records and Version City Labels, and his Version City Studio, he has worked with many luminaries of Jamaican music, and has made his mark as an influential bandleader, singer, songwriter, arranger, engineer, producer and musician.  Incorporating such influences as klezmer, bolero and even hardcore/punk rock, he has toured extensively throughout the US, Europe, Canada, and Japan as the leader of Stubborn All-Stars, Skinnerbox, King Django band, and several Version City tours.  He has also toured, recorded and performed as a sideman with Rancid, Murphy’s Law, The Slackers, the Skadanks, the Toasters, Predator Dub Assassins and Inspecter 7.
