Near Dead Experience

Near Dead Experience brings a fresh and dynamic energy to the Grateful Dead catalog. Guitarist Ben Uniacke, singer / guitarist Phil Radiotes and drummer Steve Remp met online, discussing the Dead on the band's Reddit page. Realizing they were all NYC locals, they started playing together and fusing their musical talents through the Grateful Dead canon. Bassist James Denatale and singer / keyboardist / violinist Jane Choi rounded out the sound. They began recording covers for Dead Covers Project, which landed them on the front page of Dead.net and got them a rare follow from the official Grateful Dead instagram.
