What safety protocols are in place?

See the full list above, or here.

For bowling, each guest will claim an individual ball for their visit, lanes will be outfitted with enhanced sanitation stations, and shoes/balls will be cleaned by management following every use. Maximum group size is six (6).

At our shoe desk, a manager will help you choose the right size ball and shoe for your visit. Each guest will use their individual ball for the duration of their visit.

Our team will guide you to your lane and personally deliver the preferred balls for your party. Latex gloves and sanitization stations will be provided at each lane. To abide by social distancing recommendations, only one couch will be available per party and 10 of our 19 lanes will be in operation.

What's your payment process?

We are currently a cashless establishment and only accept card payments

In venue, we currently offer completely touchless transactions through Rooam. If interested, your server will show you the way.

If you prefer to use credit card for payment, we'll sanitize and return your card safely.

For pick-up, we'll take payment over the phone but guests must sign their bill. We'll limit touchpoints and you'll be on your way promptly, safely, and with a brand new pen.

Can I bowl?

You bet! Lanes are available on a first come, first served basis and special event packages (including a food and beverage minimum) are available.

Upon arrival, all guests will receive a temperature check. Please remember: all guests are required to wear masks, except while eating. Six (6) guests per lane, maximum.

A LETTER FROM OUR FOUNDERS

Nashville,

We finally get to say it: Welcome to Brooklyn Bowl Nashville.  Our restaurant in Germantown will open on Monday, June 1!

We are so grateful to be in Nashville and to share this community of resilience and respect. Though it’s a long-awaited welcome, we are thrilled to open our doors to the people of Nashville. Initially we’ll offer reduced-capacity restaurant service in our dining room and on our open-air porch that overlooks The Sounds’ stadium. We’ll offer curbside pick-up for you, too.

Someday soon we’ll open our bowling lanes, and as soon as it’s safe we’ll celebrate the return of live music. We’re so excited to share our kind of magic in Nashville: creating a place where peak experiences happen through the culmination of great performers, highest production standards, fun of bowling, and the pleasure of the best food (thanks, Blue Ribbon) and drink.

We’ve assembled a phenomenal service team to look after each and every person who comes to be a part of it, and they can’t wait to meet you. The safety of our customers and employees is our priority, so out of respect for others, we do ask that you wear a mask during this initial period (which we hope is brief). Our team’s full list of safety protocols can be viewed online at brooklynbowl.com.

Thank you to everyone for your patience and for the support you’ve expressed. We appreciate it and don’t take it for granted. We thank you all for your attention to the city’s safety recommendations, and for doing everything you can to bring Nashville back safely and strategically.

It’s an absolute privilege to do what we do and we’re looking forward to sharing it with you.

See you soon!
