DESCRIPTION:Stiff Little Fingers announces their U.S. May 2024 tour, titled “Hate Has No Home Here.”They will be joined by special guest and friend, Belfast’s own Ricky Warwick.Jake Burns, Stiff Little Fingers’ lead singer, songwriter, and guitarist said, "We're fired up and looking forward to playing in America again for the first time in five years. Given the amount of touring we undertake, we've decided this will be our Final U.S. Coast-to-Coast Tour.Jake added, “That doesn't mean we won't play occasional dates in the U.S. in the future, but there will be fewer select shows, probably scheduled around festivals.”2024 celebrates the 45th anniversary of the release of Stiff Little Fingers' debut album, Inflammable Material, generally considered one of the greatest punk albums of all time. Using the band’s rich musical legacy as a foundation, the band is working on the newest chapter of their music. “Hate Has No Home Here,” Stiff Little Fingers’ latest track, was inspired by the title of a grassroots campaign in Jake’s Chicago neighborhood that brought the community together to fight hate speech and intolerance.All ages welcome.
