Can I buy tickets over the phone?

Unfortunately not. You can buy tickets via our website, AXS, by calling the AXS hotline on 08448 2448 24 or come down to our box office Monday to Sunday between 9am and 6pm.

Do you have seated tickets as well?

Brooklyn Bowl London is a standing only venue. We reserve an area for disabled customer where seating can be provided if needed. Please contact our box office for further information on 0207 412 8778 or londonboxoffice@brooklynbowl.com

Do I have to pay for bowling AND a show ticket if I just want to bowl?

Yes, do keep in mind that you will have the best view of the stage from the bowling lanes.

I can’t attend the show anymore, can I get a refund?

Unfortunately we do not give any exchanges or refunds unless the show is cancelled by the band/promoter.

Can I give my tickets to my friend?

Yes you can, depending on the show. Please make sure to take a copy of your friend’s ID or card with you. However, we can not give any refunds or exchanges to non card holders on event nights.

Can I reserve tickets?

We do not hold or reserve tickets at the box office.

What kind of food do you serve?

We serve New York’s finest by Blue Ribbon, the greatest thing since rock ‘n’ roll.

Is there parking?

Brooklyn Bowl does not have its own car park, however you can use the O2 car park.

Where are you located inside the O2?

We are situated inside the O2 tent, at the end of the entertainment district, past the cinema. The nearest tube station is North Greenwich.
